# Tự động chuyển cho người chat

> Agent tự động tắt và chuyển cho người chat trực tiếp theo điều kiện

**Bước 1:** Đặt tên hành động khi Ai chuyển cho nhân viên Chat

**Bước 2:** Đặt điều kiện để tự động chuyển. Ví dụ:

> Khi khách hàng muốn nói chuyện trực tiếp
